Cinderford Band Strike The Right Note!

Cinderford Band are pleased to announce the recent success of the Area Contest which was held in Torquay, England.

The band played very well, under the Guest Baton of David Lea and our resident conductor Bill Jarrett and we achieve second place for our efforts in the biggest contest of the year! Bill also gave the band great guidance and without his excellent work this result would not be possible. We would also like to thank David for his excellant proffessionalism placing our band in a comfortable position for the next two years in the first section! This great result aslo means that we are in the Great Britain finals, which is in Harrogate in September. See here for more information!

A great thanks also to those poeople who supported us!

Here are the results!

1st. Aldbourne Band 190pts

2nd. Cinderford Band 188pts

3rd. Sherbourne Town 187 pts

Regards
